• Prospecting: Generate velocity in the pipeline of qualified leads. Build relationships and sell through consultation to drive the buying decisions of VP, Director, and C-Level executives of prospective customers. • Discovery: Develop a strong understanding of key differentiators and the competitive landscape. Uncover needs and develop relationships with multiple stakeholders within the assigned accounts across the Lines of Business, IT, Procurement and Senior Management. • Value Assessment: Quickly assess prospects’ pain points, technology challenges, internal capabilities to solve problems, and align them with OneRail's solution. Demonstrate the value add that can be gained by reducing operational cost, increasing workforce efficiency, or increasing revenue for our customers. • Contract Negotiation and Execution: Use contract negotiation skills and technique to secure transactions averaging between $75,000 and $200,000. Use a deep understanding of the OneRail proposition and value levers for cost justification, and to drive speed to execution. • Other Responsibilities: Design and implement a strategic business plan to achieve revenue goals by verticals. Strategize with Marketing & Customer Success to help build pipeline. Assign qualified leads & monitor movement of pipeline. Collaborate with VP, Partnerships on strategy & performance. Provide sales, revenue & forecast visibility to Executive Leadership Team. Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or other relevant fields (or equivalent) is preferred. • 3+ years’ experience as a technology/SaaS sales professional with a proven track record for consistently meeting or exceeding targets. • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively with small/medium-sized business leaders. • Proven ability to drive a solution sales process from plan to close in collaboration with a team • Strong business sense and industry expertise. • Commitment to continuous education through workshops, seminars, and conferences. • Ability to travel as needed.
