Description
• Manage a complex sales cycle within new clients • Map customers' decision-making and approval processes • Negotiate contracts and close business • Quickly study prospects' challenges and align to key decision makers • Identify best OneRail services-based solution for clients' needs • Guide sales cycle from qualification to close • Build credibility with technologists and sell consultative services across industries
Requirements
• 6+ years of consultative B2B selling experience • 3+ years in transportation, logistics or supply chain industry • Full life-cycle consultative sales experience • Use of Power Base Selling and MEDDIC • Demonstrated proficiency with Salesforce.com, spreadsheets, databases • Outstanding presentation, reporting and communication skills • Consistently achieve or exceed sales quota • Build sales pipeline through prospecting and building relationships • Understanding of innovative technologies, preferably cloud technologies
