• Qualify prospects to determine if they’d make a successful customer by deeply understanding our target market, personas, and offering • Leverage an array of prospecting and outreach methods including phone, email, video, and LinkedIn to effectively drive pipeline • Educate the market about the power of Rhythm by clearly communicating the value of the platform • Schedule meetings between qualified prospects and account executives (also known as sales reps), updating necessary information on calendars • Help the team (and yourself) become more efficient by collecting and maintaining relevant data in the CRM • Learn from team members and leaders along the way, setting yourself up for a successful career
• Have at least one year of sales experience OR customer-facing professional experience • Possess a self-starter mentality and want to make a direct, tangible impact on a growing product and company • Have strong intellectual curiosity and critical thinking skills • Have confidence and experience speaking to different audiences through written and verbal communication • Strive to empathize with others, seeing situations from perspectives other than their own • Want to help mission-driven organizations do good in their industries, professions, and communities
