• Bring the Patient Growth product to dental practices across North America • Support the build growth of new products for dental offices • Build and maintain relationships with dental offices • Contribute to the sales strategy and overall growth of the company • Run outbound sales cycle and close deals • Utilize CRM and sales automation tools • Maintain a high conversion rate from top of funnel to close • Contribute to the Opencare sales playbook • Manage multi-channel sales experiments • Assist with training, onboarding, and leadership of new hires and junior sales team members
• 3-5 years of full-cycle sales experience with consistent performance • Understanding of sales pipelines and short-medium sales cycles • Experience in selling to SMB • Outstanding communication and relationship building skills • Ability to handle objections and provide creative solutions • Consultative approach with a focus on needs discovery • Collaboration with other teams • Curiosity and eagerness to learn
