• Lead and mentor a team of up to 8 Account Executives, providing guidance, support, and coaching to drive individual and team performance. • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence within the Enterprise segment (Global 2000 / $500M+ Revenue) • Formulate and execute a regional business plan to exceed plan and drive customer success • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executive-level contacts, strategic partners, and industry influencers. • Evangelize and promote the adoption of PagerDuty’s validated sales methodology MEDDIC, “Command of the Message”, and drive adoption and expertise within your team • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives and customer needs. • Support and coach reps daily in account development, penetration, success, qualification, discovery, deal management and closing activities. • Lead a disciplined and efficient operating motion that maximizes time with customers/prospects and fosters a predictable, high-growth business • Deliver timely and accurate pipeline information and forecast to PagerDuty leadership • Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics, pipeline activity, and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and optimisation.
• 8+ years quota-carrying field experience in a fast-paced and competitive market with a focus on technology • A minimum of 5 years of leading individual contributor sales people to success in high growth, complex environments • Exhibit ability to coach, mentor and develop sales talent • A track record of accurately forecasting sales results • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
