• Selling a Saas Payroll & HR product to UK and global clients • Taking ownership of the full sales cycle • Driving PaySpace growth through prospecting initiatives • Team up and engage with global sales teams • Continuously refining and revamping sales approaches • Ensuring seamless handover of deals to delivery team post-closure • Providing feedback to sales, marketing, and product teams for improvement

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years hands-on sales experience in a Saas company or start-up • Proven track record of selling HR tech solutions within the UK&I mid-market segment • Expertise in selling SaaS payroll & HR solutions • Up to speed on the latest UK labour laws and legislation • Go-getter and self-starting mentality • Unparalleled communication skills • Native English speaker • Committed to deliver top-notch customer service • Comfortable in conducting engaging demos in a pre-sales context • Thrive in a global remote team environment • Located in the UK or within GMT +/- 1 hour time zone
