• Develop and manage relationships with current partners to drive sales for SPT Labtech • Provide support and training to partners • Manage the performance of existing partners • Identify/onboard new partners • Operate globally across US, UK, mainland Europe, and Asian markets • Collaborate closely with customers to deliver exceptional experiences • Be part of a team making a real difference
• Ideally based in the UK (Cambridge/London/Oxford) or mainland Europe • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences (e.g., Molecular Biology or Structural Biology) • Distributor Management expert with a minimum of 5 years of successful channel management experience in Europe • At least three years of successful sales experience in the Life Science R&D field • Experience in selling Lab Automation/capital equipment • Liquid Handling or Sample Management expertise is a plus • Proficiency in CRM software • Strong communication skills • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills • Time management and organizational skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Flexibility and adaptability to change • Desire to learn and grow in channel management field • Fluent in English
