Description

• Your primary responsibility is to design and deliver quote-to-cash (Q2C) automation solutions using the Salesforce Revenue Cloud • Operate in a client-facing capacity to gather, synthesize, and translate business requirements into well-architected solutions • Lead discovery workshops to gather, define, and document current and future state business processes and functional requirements • Lead high-level integration discussions and design workshops • Develop robust, scalable and flexible solutions through the creation of architectural designs, prototypes, and proof-of-concepts • Act as the overall solution owner during the implementation phase • Conduct solution architecture reviews with project team members • Serve as the functional lead and coach team members to implement declarative configurations • Demonstrate a strong understanding of Salesforce Revenue Cloud capabilities • Develop and present solution options to client • Provide detailed level of effort estimates for proposed solutions • Follow and understand new Salesforce product and technical capabilities • Assist in interviewing candidates to hire the best consultants into our practice

Requirements

• 6+ years of Salesforce industry experience • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ • Prior experience as a Solution Architect or similar role on 4+ quote-to-cash CPQ projects • Complete understanding of data models, product/pricing master data management and standard ERP integration reference architecture • Working knowledge of custom development concepts • Excellent client-facing written and oral communications skills • Active Salesforce certifications or ability to achieve relevant certifications • Experienced in project management theories, practices, and methods • Experienced with Visio, JIRA, Prodly, Copado, or similar tools • Understanding of complementary CPQ applications • Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or engineering
