Description

• Contributes to the achievement of business strategies and goals through effective forecasting, planning, and deployment of organizational resources • Assesses capacity data against estimated quarterly revenue to advise management on staffing levels • Identifies data trends and collaborates with managers to meet utilization targets • Sets best-in-class onboarding protocols for incoming team members • Leads resourcing team, guides professional development, and directs team members • Conducts regular resourcing meetings with group leads to balance workload and expedite solutions • Facilitates talent sharing across teams and resolves inefficiencies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree • 6+ years in Resource Management or Project Management with heavy involvement in resourcing in a consulting environment • Strong reporting skills using Excel and other project management tools • Working knowledge of engagement-based consulting resource requirements • Appreciation for the pace and rigor of a consulting environment • May require travel domestically and/or internationally including overnight stays • Exceptional written and verbal communication • Collaboratively problem solve and communicate solutions to teams • Analytical thinking and high attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple competing efforts, prioritize and communicate tradeoffs to leadership
