• Contribute to the achievement of business strategies and goals • Partner with senior leaders, operations directors, and resource coordinators • Apply functional/technical expertise to enhance operational performance through effective forecasting, planning, and deployment of resources • Collaborate with HR and Talent Acquisition to set onboarding protocols • Problem-solve inefficiencies within business processes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree • 6+ years in Resource Management or Project Management with heavy involvement in resourcing in a consulting environment • Strong reporting skills using Excel and other project management tools • Working knowledge of engagement-based consulting resource requirements • Appreciation for the pace and rigor of a consulting environment • May require travel domestically and/or internationally
