• Americas’ Regional Director of Solution Engineering role at Protegrity • Responsible for spearheading presales and partner engineering strategy and execution • Leading the Presales and Partner Solution Engineering teams • Crafting scalable, flexible, and resilient architectures addressing customer business problems • Driving revenue growth and securing technical wins on new opportunities • Enabling and supporting software partners, cloud service providers, and technical alliances • Developing go-to-market strategies and accelerating ARR at new customers

Requirements

• 10+ years global experience leading technical sales teams • Experience leading a presales team in complex SaaS sales processes • Business and technical acumen • Proven track record managing high-performance teams • Strategic planning and strategy development skills • Operational and financial acumen • Technical background in security, data, and/or cloud technologies
