• Drive business growth by creating short and long-term commercial strategies • Lead in the development, conversion, and management of direct customers and business partners • Collaborate with Product Development and Engineering teams to meet customers' demands • Deliver value by anticipating and meeting current and future customer needs

Requirements

• Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Key Account Management roles • Previous experience in industrial water treatment, reverse osmosis & membranes, or water treatment media manufacturers • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment • Degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or other scientific discipline preferred
