• Manage the Q4 Deal desk process • Ensure accurate pricing and smooth sales processes • Maintain Deal Desk rules document • Run Closed Won Process • Support Channel Referral Process • Handle Level 1 Salesforce inquiries • Data cleanup and maintain pipeline hygiene • Provide sales process documentation and improvement recommendations
• 2+ years of sales operations experience within the SaaS industry • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and ability to work with data • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks and projects • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment • Salesforce experience particularly with Salesforce CPQ preferred • Strong communication skills • Post-secondary degree or diploma in a business-related field
