• Strategically position Microsoft solutions within the commercial sector • Work closely with Quisitive team and Microsoft representatives • Cross-selling services and solutions • Growing existing accounts and acquiring new accounts • Providing superior customer service and support • Leading RFP responses, proposal development, sales presentations, and final contract negotiations • Supporting customer-facing marketing events • Developing and maintaining a high-level understanding of Quisitive solution service offerings • Keeping abreast of Microsoft solutions and industry/market trends

Requirements

• 5+ years' sales experience selling commercial solutions and services in the Microsoft space • Established business contacts in the commercial space • Ability to react strategically in customer settings, 'listen' and discern client business needs • Ability to manage multiple priorities • Ability to develop a plan to meet and exceed assigned sales quotas • Strong presentation, written and verbal communication skills • Credible and professional presence; ability to lead and participate in conversations with customer senior leadership • Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or industry-related field • Previous experience selling for a leading Microsoft Systems Integrator (SI) • Microsoft Field Sales team relationships; Microsoft Corporate business relationships
