• Utilize the full capabilities of Hubspot’s sales, automation, and reporting hubs to support the sales team. This includes process improvements, measurement, tracking, and analytics from the top of the funnel to close. • Leverage your expertise in Python, SQL, and BI tools to track and analyze key metrics such as pipeline growth, win/loss rates, and quota attainment. You'll own the data process from tracking to delivering insights, aiming to improve sales funnel performance and revenue attainment. • Develop a deep understanding of CAC, LTV, TTR to refine customer segmentation, assist with territory management, and provide data-driven insights to enhance renewal and upsell processes. • Take charge of Hubspot governance, ensuring data cleanliness, updates, and overall system health. You'll also be responsible for developing and maintaining critical reports and KPIs. • Assist sales leaders with pipeline and opportunity inspection and prepare comprehensive Quarterly Business Review presentations.

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience in Sales/Revenue Operations with a track record of creating reports, optimizing processes, and managing dashboards in Hubspot. • A Bachelor's degree in a technical or business-related field is required. • A robust understanding of Hubspot’s sales, automation, and reporting capabilities, including custom objects and Hubspot scripting. Proficiency in Python, SQL, and experience with BI tools are crucial. • Strong data analytics skills, with the ability to translate high-level sales strategies into system and process requirements, ensuring local execution and business impact. • Experience with Dealhub and Gainsight is a plus, indicating a well-rounded familiarity with sales operation tools. • You should be able to coordinate effectively between different departments such as the marketing team and sales team to support sales operations and partnerships, including managing commission agreements and developing sales cadences in Hubspot.
