• Restaurant365 is a SaaS company disrupting the restaurant industry with a cloud-based platform for accounting and back-office operations • Role involves working in the Salesforce team, gathering requirements, designing solutions, managing product roadmap, user management, and maintaining user satisfaction • Responsibilities include Salesforce configuration changes, sandbox environment management, identifying platform improvements, collaborating on the Salesforce platform roadmap, data management, system maintenance, user support, training, and working with integrated applications

Requirements

• Valid Salesforce Certifications in Administrator, Business Analyst • 2+ years of Administrator experience on Salesforce & Force platforms • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in multicultural environments • Designing scalable, best practice solutions • Strong relationship-building skills • Ability to translate requirements into technical solutions • Change management and governance experience • Training end users and key stakeholders • Producing technical documentation • Experience with Salesforce configuration changes, Agile teams, SaaS environment, and working with tools like Jira • Experience with Apex Code, CPQ, managed packages, and AppExchange preferred • Pacific Time Zone working hours preferred
