Description

• Responsible for engineering and implementation of scalable Salesforce technical solutions • Collaborate with key roles to create solutions aligned with architectural principles • Work hand-in-hand with the Salesforce team and stakeholders on solution evaluation and selection • Offer consulting during detailed design, build, test, and deploy phases • Participate in story planning, standups, and retrospectives • Mentor other members of the Salesforce team • Ensure that solutions accurately meet defined project expectations and enable the team to execute the designed vision • Oversee phases of multiple projects to ensure alignment with application architecture • Guide technical teams to deliver flexible and scalable solutions that meet overall business requirements • Promote adoption of Salesforce best practices and establish standard processes for development and testing teams • Conduct technical solution reviews and provide recommendations for improved adoption and usage

Requirements

• 5+ years of direct experience with developing, configuring, and implementing successful Salesforce projects & application implementations • 2+ years of experience on Salesforce & Force platform as a Developer or Engineer • Valid Salesforce Certifications in Administrator, Advanced Administrator, and either Platform App Builder or Platform Developer I • Experienced with Salesforce SOAP API, REST API, and BULK API • Strong knowledge of Salesforce best practices and methodologies • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with teams and stakeholders of different backgrounds and time zones in a multicultural environment • Experience working with Agile teams and tools such as Jira, Copado, etc. • Motivated, high-potential performer with demonstrated ability to influence and lead • Pacific Time Zone working hours preferred
