• Leads Sales activities to meet or exceed annual targets within assigned strategic customers • Conducts contract, business, and operational discussions with executives • Participates in business and project planning activities • Prepares estimates, presentations, and service agreements • Cultivates long-term customer relationships • Resolves client concerns • Leads the promotion of RQM+ through marketing tactics • Manages account services quality through follow-up and client interactions
• Bachelors’ degree in related field • Minimum 5 years of direct experience in regulatory and/or quality • Direct experience in medical devices, diagnostics, or relevant consulting • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Account Management or Sales • Strong persuasion and consensus building skills • Experience in consulting service industry or similar • Strong understanding of regulatory and quality services • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills • Strong sense of urgency • Action-Oriented, Building Effective Teams, Decision Quality, Customer Focus, Integrity & Trust
