📋 Description

• Perform full-cycle recruitment for the company in the EMEA region • Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process • Manage specialty recruitment systems to attract, select, and retain highly talented individuals • Generate a high-quality candidate pipeline through daily interview calls • Meet monthly individual recruitment goals • Provide excellent service to candidates • Attract and source talented company members • Create and recommend recruitment strategies and approaches • Proactively source, network, and market job opportunities to build qualified candidate pipelines and promote the advantages of working for RTB House • Use existing tools and technology to source, evaluate, interview, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers • Communicate consistently with team members and business stakeholders about positions and recruitment strategies • Build and maintain strong candidate relationships • Develop an understanding of the unique business and talent needs of each market • Partner with the Talent Acquisition team and other departments to achieve goals

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of direct talent sourcing and end-to-end recruitment experience • Excellent networking abilities and communication skills • Proactive and can-do attitude • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills across organizational levels and cultures • Analytical approach to managing recruitment pipelines • Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines • Fluency in English is required
