You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales initiatives, managing a high-performance sales team, and fostering key relationships with clients and partners. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership, a deep understanding of the travel industry, and the ability to drive results in a fast-paced startup environment.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a successful sales leader in the travel industry, with a track record of exceeding revenue targets. • Strong understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and industry trends. • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team. • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies. • Results-oriented and data-driven, with a focus on continuous improvement.
