Description

• ScienceLogic is looking for an ambitious engineer who possesses strong customer facing skills. As a key member of the engineering team, you will be responsible for working with both the engineering team and pre-sales field teams to drive rapid deployment, integration and successful adoption of a suite of new AI features. This is a very hands-on role which will involve a mixture of coding, scripting, testing and data wrangling across multiple technologies. You will be an integral part in helping ScienceLogic a leading-edge, AI-first monitoring AIOps platform that will eclipse what other AIOps and observability vendors offer.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years in DevOps/SRE roles in large scale environments. • Experience operating cloud native production services on AWS with Kubernetes • Customer engagement and onboarding • Expert level Kubernetes ingress, storage, networking configuration, troubleshooting and problem resolution • Ability to debug complex configuration/operational issues in Kubernetes. • Expert level Helm chart deign, configuration and troubleshooting. • SQL a strong plus • Python development • Proven troubleshooting skills
