• Ensure post-sale success and satisfaction of SmithRx customers • Provide clinical expertise, medication alternatives, and formulary compliance insights • Analyze claims data for trends and cost savings opportunities • Communicate formulary and clinical program value proposition to clients • Stay current with market trends and provide clinical market intelligence to clients • Create and update clinical marketing materials • Collaborate with account management on clinical guidance

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field • Strong industry and product knowledge • Experience in clinical account management • Ability to provide clinical recommendations and information regarding pharmacy trends • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills • Familiarity with healthcare industry trends and regulations
