Description

• Design, develop, test, document, and deploy high-quality business solutions on the Salesforce platform based on industry best practices as well as business needs. • Manage the process of implementing improvements and new functionality in Salesforce applications. • Administer and manage Copado pipelines for deployment processes. • Run security scans using Checkmarx and provide solutions to mitigate findings. • Integrate and manage e-signature processes using DocuSign or equivalent tools within the Salesforce ecosystem. • Work closely with Mulesoft or similar middleware tools for integration between Salesforce and other platforms. • Mentor and provide guidance to junior Developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth. • Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and ensure best practices are adhered to in all developments. • Participate in code reviews for ongoing projects to ensure high code quality and design patterns are followed. • Create and maintain documentation on processes, policies, application configuration, and help-related materials. • Provide training and support to end-users when necessary

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred. • Minimum of 8 years of Salesforce development experience. • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Salesforce declarative solutions such as Flows, Process Builders, Workflows, Approval Process, etc. • Experience with programmatic solutions that include Lightning Web Components, Aura Components, Apex and Visualforce, JavaScript and HTML. • Proven experience with 3rd party deployment tools like Copado. • Familiarity with security scanning tools, notably Checkmarx. • Experience with e-signature tools such as DocuSign is a plus. • Salesforce Integration experience using Mulesoft or other middleware tools. • Integration experience with Salesforce REST, Bulk, Metadata and Streaming APIs. • Salesforce Developer certifications: PD-I and PD-II • Public Trust Clearance This role requires the hired candidate to go through public clearance. A minimum of 3 years of stay in the U.S. within the last 5 years is a must to be eligible to qualify for public trust clearance sponsorship.
