Description

• Counsel role in structuring, drafting, and negotiating agreements • Work with digital ad sales and technology and growth/user acquisition business units • Draft, negotiate, and review advertising agreements • Advise on issues related to data use and ownership • Conduct contract analysis and provide risk analysis • Build relationships with internal stakeholders • Assist legal team with overflow work • Requires 3+ years legal experience • JD from a top-tier ABA-accredited U.S. law school • Admitted to the state bar in at least one U.S. state

Requirements

• 3+ years legal experience between law firm and entertainment, media, advertising and/or technology company • Familiarity with technology and/or commercial transactions • Experience with digital ad sales agreements • Excellent negotiator and strong drafting skills • Team player with relationship management skills • Ability to work independently and in a team • Ability to multitask and manage priorities • Detail-oriented with high-volume workload management skills • Top-tier JD and bar admission
