• Manage assigned government contracts by maintaining catalogs, adding and optimizing products, supporting contract administration, resolving operational issues, and driving continuous improvement • Own the end-to-end process of adding new products to assigned contracts • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for new products • Coordinate vendor selection, product onboarding, and contract catalog updates • Analyze product performance, pricing, and market trends to maximize revenue and contract competitiveness • Maintain accurate product, vendor, and pricing information across assigned contracts • Update pricing, SLAs, Terms & Conditions, and performance metrics • Monitor contract performance and identify potential compliance or operational risks • Serve as the primary point of contact for routine contract administration inquiries • Escalate complex contract issues to senior team members when appropriate • Manage contract requests, tickets, and operational tasks through completion • Resolve routine contract issues and perform quality assurance checks • Meet departmental productivity, quality, and turnaround time KPIs • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for continuous improvement • Identify process inefficiencies and recommend operational enhancements • Collaborate cross-functionally to support business objectives and customer needs • Share knowledge and provide support to teammates when needed
• 2+ years of experience in contract administration, procurement, supply chain, operations, data analytics, or a related business function • Experience managing large datasets, catalogs, pricing, or product information with a high degree of accuracy • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed recommendations • Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accurate, high-quality work • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Suite, and other business applications used for data analysis, reporting, and documentation • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset focused on continuous improvement and operational excellence • Ability to work independently, take ownership, and exercise sound judgment when resolving issues • Ability to work during core business hours of 7:00 AM–4:00 PM PST • Excitement about remote work and collaborating effectively with a distributed team • Home internet of at least 25MBPS
