Description

• Establish sales strategy based on market conditions • Develop metrics to drive strategy and meet revenue expectations • Provide leadership to a team of sales consultants • Maintain an independent sales pipeline • Understand K-12 customer needs and values • Mentor, guide, and coach throughout sales process • Track, forecast, budget, and monitor sales pipeline • Meet individual and team sales goals consistently

Requirements

• BA/BS degree in Education or related field • Educational Technology Sales background • Complete understanding of the K-12 market • 5+ years of sales experience • Prior sales management experience preferred • Familiarity with Web-based technologies • Direct classroom experience highly preferred • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines • Passion for bringing technology into the classroom
