• 'Trusted advisor' who meets with clients to review and prioritize support cases and defects • Contribute to the discovery and identification of customer needs • Promote and position service offerings among customers • Build strong and sustainable business relationships with Tecsys’ strategic and SaaS accounts • Responsible for managing the Customer Support relationship with large, complex enterprise-level customers • Negotiate with internal stakeholders and clients to add value and agree on priorities, delivery dates, maintenance releases, testing and code promotion strategies • Collaborate with the PMO to prepare clients for Go-Live; assist with the formation of the client support organization • Oversee the Technical Account Management strategy and capacity within Support • Position customer service offerings to increase sales volume • Develop workflows and oversight strategies to predict and reduce customer escalations • Provide updates, executive summaries, and guidance to internal and external executive teams • Occasional onsite travel
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in customer account management or project management role • Minimum 2 years in a technical support role • Solid understanding of project lifecycle, support methodologies, and supply chain • Technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills • Ability to learn Tecsys software products • Excels in customer service • Well organized and able to manage priorities under pressure • Grasp customers’ needs and suggest timely solutions • Strong proficiency in written and verbal English communication
