Description

• Identify and recruit new online affiliate traffic partners as well as offline lead providers through various approaches including social networks, marketplace sites, attendance at tradeshows, events, and general online research. • Negotiate and manage contracts and commission structures for affiliates. • Maintain direct ongoing communication with affiliates in a consistent manner • Reengage inactive affiliates and deepen relationship with existing affiliates • Monitor affiliate activity, analyze performance, identify areas of improvement, and recommend ways to increase both affiliate and site /program performance • Proactively monitor traffic sources to determine which affiliates should be prioritized • Present management with reports for relevant program metrics such as number of affiliate partners recruited, conversion rates, number of conversions generated per affiliate, etc. • Assist in conversion rate optimization efforts • Maintain detailed activity logs in the company CRM (Salesforce). • Min 2 yrs. experience in affiliate marketing, credit repair or a very related field in a hunter role with Cost Per Action (CPA) purchasing experience • Ability to identify new opportunities for partnerships from new verticals • General affiliate marketing comprehension and strong verbal communication • Knowledge of the credit repair and fintech space is a plus • Previous affiliate networking experience is a plus • Deep familiarity with Social media marketing • Organized and Efficient follow up skills • Negotiation and campaign optimization skills • Excellent online skills and experience with CRM and BI systems • Performance-driven • A Post Secondary Education is required

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree• 5-8 years of experience in Human Resources • 1-3 years minimum in a Supervisory/Management role within Human Resources • HRIS system experience • Experience with Professional Development Plans
