📋 Description
• Conduct telephone pre-screening interviews with prospective clinical research participants • Collect, review, and accurately document medical history and eligibility information • Assess patients against established study eligibility criteria • Schedule qualified patients for consent and screening visits • Update patient records and eligibility status within clinical databases
🎯 Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent • 6 months to 1 year of experience in Patient Recruitment or call center • Strong customer service and telephone communication skills • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
