Description

• We are looking for an audio and video channel expert who has had experience working across OTT, CTV, Linear, traditional and digital audio channels. The ideal candidate is energetic and a self-starter willing to dig in and partner with agencies and internal stakeholders to improve the execution and efficiencies of these audio and video programs. They can ramp up quickly and work effectively with little oversight and prioritize and manage their own work, clearly tying it to the goals of the larger team, and the business as a whole. If you are a highly driven and creative marketing professional that is looking to build a breadth of expertise across performance and media marketing disciplines - this is the right role for you.

Requirements

• BS or BA, focus in marketing or quantitative discipline (Statistics, Business, Economics) preferred. • 3 years + of direct experience managing performance and media marketing channels like OTT, Linear TV, Affiliate, Youtube, Streaming Audio, Display, etc. • Eager to learn and stretch across breadth of digital media marketing functions • High attention to detail and the ability to set and hit aggressive project deadlines • Ability to thrive within a fast-paced, high stakes but incredibly supportive Growth Marketing team • Clear, concise communication style and comfort working with a diverse group of people • Highly analytical and data driven with a strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, vlookups, creating data templates and dashboards). • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional growth teams across data science, marketing analytics, engineering, and creative teams
