Description
• Our People and Talent Team plays a crucial role in attracting and nurturing exceptional talent, which is vital to our ambitious growth objectives. • As our new Recruiting Coordinator, you will be a key part of our candidate-focused strategy. • Working closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will help coordinate and deliver an outstanding recruitment experience, ensuring we continue to attract top-notch talent.
Requirements
• Emerging Recruiting Talent: With at least 12 months of experience in recruiting coordination, including tech and non-tech roles, you're adept at managing the complexities of remote interview setups. • Organizational Wizard: Your superpower is managing tasks, priorities, and deadlines with ease, keeping everything and everyone aligned, especially in fast-paced environments. • Team Cheerleader: Known for your kindness, warmth, and thoughtfulness, you excel at representing our company positively at every stage of the candidate experience. • Detail Dynamo: You have a keen eye for detail, ensuring nothing is overlooked while balancing speed with precision. • Champion of Service and Growth: Dedicated to exceptional service and continuous improvement, you're always looking for ways to enhance our operations.
Benefits
