Description

• Align and organize cross-functional team for specific complex project • Act as proxy between client team and production teams • Plan, monitor, and control all activities related to assets/product development • Work closely with internal production teams for successful execution • Ensure projects are on track and delivered using best practices • Monitor statuses and budget expenditures, escalating issues as needed • Identify and address potential problems early on • Manage communication with key stakeholders • Provide day-to-day monitoring and control of project statuses

Requirements

• 2+ years in pharma marketing • 2+ years of experience in CSM/Customer Care/B2B Sales • Experience with international clients • Knowledge of main CRM systems • Experience with Jira and Office 365 • Knowledge of Veeva CRM and SFMC • Designing user interfaces for websites or applications • Project management skills • Fluency in English and Spanish • Portuguese proficiency would be an advantage • Advanced communication and presentation skills • Ability to handle multitasking productively • Quick learner with ability to adapt to new tools • Great team player with proactive, responsible, and organized traits • Time management and stress resistance skills
