• The Sr. Director, People serves as a trusted advisor to the executive team, developing and implementing the People Talent Strategy to achieve the strategic priorities of the business. • The ideal candidate will thrive in a high-energy, collaborative global environment, dedicated to advancing our talent agenda. • Acts as a HR solutions partner to business and functional leaders delivering consistent advice and coaching to support and enable local business strategy. • Liaises with functional or operational managers to implement local human resources programs that are appropriate for their business needs, consistent with the organization's overall human resources strategy.
• 8+ years of experience with Human Resources • Strong project management skills; the ability to lead projects, motivate teams, and drive execution to the achievement of the right results • Thorough understanding of human resources and labor relations principles, practices, and procedures. • Exhibit an innovative, entrepreneurial spirit and be comfortable with ambiguity • Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with employees, boards, officials, directors, and other stakeholders. • Thrives in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment and is able to juggle competing priorities in a dynamic environment. • Experience exercising independent judgment and discretion while using company policies and practices to analyze situations, spot potential issues and determine appropriate action. • In depth knowledge of various well-being and benefit initiatives and compliance. • Act as a change agent to drive large scale improvements • Familiarity with Workday and Google Suite. • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
