Description

• Lead and mentor a team of product marketers, providing guidance, support, and feedback to help them grow in their roles and achieve their professional goals. • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture that values creativity, innovation, and continuous learning. • Work closely with cross-functional teams including product management, sales, and executive leadership to develop and refine product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies. • Oversee the creation of compelling marketing collateral, including sales enablement materials, product documentation, website content, case studies, whitepapers, and presentations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred. • 7+ years of experience in product marketing and management roles within the technology industry. • A proven track record of success in driving product (SaaS, IaaS) adoption and revenue growth. • Experience and knowledge with public cloud services (i.e. AWS, Azure, GCP). • Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience leading and developing high-performing teams. • Basic understanding of reseller/channel business models. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
