• Responsible for leading relationships with key strategic accounts • Cultivating relationships with key prospective accounts • Focus on Technology, Media, and Telecom (TMT) vertical • Ensure all aspects of account work exceed client expectations • Coordinate new leads, field new business opportunities, and win new business • Drive innovation and growth on the front lines of client engagement • Identify new relationships and opportunities • Nurture ongoing relationships with client partners • Contract agreements, write proposals, pitch services to prospective clients
• Deep experience in a digital professional services consultancy/SI • Experience with F500 level client accounts • Balance of growth strategy project work and operational project responsibilities • Ability to identify and characterize business issues • Strong analytical skills • Effective communication skills • Client relationship and communication expertise • Engineering or computer science degree/background (bonus) • Master’s Degree in Business Administration (bonus)
