• Develop, execute, manage, and report on paid media strategies • Build and maintain strong client relationships • Strategically build, manage, and optimize client paid digital marketing accounts • Actively manage and seek ways to improve account performance • Generate new quarterly content • Enhance client relationships through understanding strategic objectives • Create and implement landing page optimization tests • Troubleshoot client issues independently • Lead junior analysts on joint accounts • Help create and execute educational initiatives for the paid media team • Provide support for client services deliverables • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements
• 4+ years experience in paid media campaign management • 4+ years of experience with Google Analytics or other comparable web analytics platforms • Experience managing large budgets and campaigns across multiple digital advertising channels including paid search, paid social, display, video, etc. • Knowledge of paid search platforms and optimization tactics on Google AdWords and Bing Ads • Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager experience is preferred • Experience with programmatic platforms and media buys is a bonus! • Expertise in performance paid media principles • Proven success in optimizing paid media campaigns • Advanced level skills in MS Office Suite and Google Suite • Excellent research and analytical skills • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment • Advanced and courteous written, verbal, and visual communication skills • Excellent time management and the ability to meet deadlines under pressure • Extremely data- and detail-oriented • Demonstrated ability with managing a full client workload consisting of high-complexity clients
