Description
• Perform administrative tasks to support team members • Manage schedules, calendars, and travel arrangements • Assist in business-related activities • Handle confidential information with extreme confidentiality • Exercise discretion in managing executive activities • Assist with special projects and assignments • Prepare documents and reports • Coordinate events and meetings • Conduct research and compile data • Travel as necessary
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Interactive Entertainment, or similar field • 3-5+ years' progressive experience as an assistant or in a supportive role • Strong communicator and collaborator • Tech-savvy with experience in Google Workspace and CRM tools • Interest in business development and sales • Ability to travel up to 35% • General gaming industry knowledge
