• Manage complex, fully-integrated marketing campaigns across every step of the strategic, creative development, execution and measurement processes • Develop communications plans, with a heavy emphasis on paid advertising • Lead the client relationship for multiple campaigns and projects • Orchestrate team contributions across paid, earned and digital media; creative; and outreach and engagement • Create specifications, budgets, work plans, timelines and resource allocation models • Ensure completion of all campaigns and deliverables to high standards of quality, on time and on budget • Set a tone for the team that inspires people to do their best work • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities and market developments to identify opportunities for innovation

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in advertising and integrated communications with a focus on account management. Strong preference for agency experience • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent, in advertising, communications, marketing, business or a related field • Proficiency in the processes, language, and technology of integrated advertising and marketing campaigns, including creative development and production, paid media, strategy, research and measurement/tracking • Ability to juggle multiple, complex deliverables and projects at the same time • Superior communication, writing, research, and presentation skills • Experience in managing internal creative, digital, paid media and strategic communications functions • Must be a US Citizen and able to pass a Public Trust Security Clearance
