Description

• Ensure connectivity with middleware and applications within Zilliant and customer endpoints • Establish and continually improve DB company standards to ensure uptime and performance standards • Analyze data requirements, application architectures and database schemas and develops next-gen designs to improve upon scalability, uptime, performance and cost • Work with Zilliant application developers, Solutions engineers and end-users to ensure data flow meets business and customer needs

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or similar • Minimum five years of professional experience as a SQL Server Application DBA with MS SQL Server • Strong knowledge of database design principles in environment with billions+ rows of data • Highly competent in SQL database performance tuning, including indexing strategies, performance monitoring and query optimization • Exposure to PostgreSQL and AWS technologies a strong plus
