📋 Description

• Implement applications following 12-factor principles and build iterative product enhancements • Own the full stack of software products, including frontends and backend services • Use test-driven development and continuous integration to ensure product agility and quality • Provide input into product architecture and design • Collaborate with the team to solve problems appropriately • Practice daily paired programming and test-driven development • Execute product strategy with customer needs in mind • Serve as an expert in a specific business domain and demonstrate leadership on at least one technology stack • Coach junior team members on technologies and XP practices • Establish continuous integration, continuous delivery, and continuous deployment pipelines and practices • Support software products in user environments • Lead and participate in daily site, cross-site, and product team standups • Participate in retrospectives and derive actionable improvements • Participate in iteration planning meetings • Influence engineering peers through pairing to improve proficiency and quality • Lead incident responses and root cause management with the Managing Engineer • Identify opportunities to pivot stories or technical approaches to achieve outcomes faster • Help prioritize engineering work with the Managing Engineer • Drive work breakdown for digital product inception ceremonies • Apply enterprise standards, tools, and patterns • Understand integration points across upstream and downstream systems • Coach Product Engineers on systems thinking and design principles

🎯 Requirements

• Expert in multiple programming languages with depth of knowledge within specific tech stacks • Microsoft stacks knowledge and hands-on experience • Azure DevOps • Azure Messaging System • Azure Cloud Storage • AWS Integration • MS .NET Core (C#) • JavaScript • MS SQL Server • Cosmos DB • MongoDB • Great communicator • 3 or more years of experience (Preferred) • Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of the above education requirements • Authorization to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not provided • Dedicated, private workspace free from distractions when working from home • Reliable internet with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload
