📋 Description

• Design, develop, test, and deploy robust, scalable, and secure application solutions • Translate user stories and business needs into technical specifications and development tasks • Enhance, refactor, and maintain existing applications for performance, stability, and scalability • Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, QA engineers, and developers in an Agile/Scrum team • Serve as a subject matter expert in debugging complex application issues and performance bottlenecks • Ensure high-quality code through unit testing and peer reviews • Contribute to architectural and design decisions • Maintain technical documentation for systems, codebases, and development processes • Monitor emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions • Foster continuous learning and technical and leadership growth across teams

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required • Minimum of 8 years of application development experience • Thorough knowledge of at least one programming language • Ability to translate user specifications into written code • Knowledge of data access methods to create, read, update, and delete data • Awareness of industry architecture • Familiarity with utility usage and tools • Familiarity with System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) • Basic understanding of database concepts • Awareness of technical trends • Ability to utilize versioning tools • Proven experience with Microsoft .NET framework, including C#/VB/ASP and associated technologies • Experience with WPF, MVC, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, RDLC, NuGet, WinForms, SQL, SSMS, SSRS, SSIS, IIS, GitLab, XML, JSON, Microsoft Office, and PowerShell • Ability to participate in code reviews and provide technical guidance • Ability to collaborate with architecture staff on coding standards and guidelines • Superior analytical and deductive reasoning skills • Ability to make decisions independently or with minimal direction • Health care experience preferred • Bachelor’s degree or completion of a Computer Science program from a Technical Trade School preferred
