📋 Description

• Design, code, debug, test, document, and implement Salesforce Health Cloud solutions • Customize applications and integrate Salesforce with third-party software • Provide functional and technical support in collaboration with the Salesforce Health Cloud Administrator • Support system interfaces and data integration, monitor critical workflows, and resolve or escalate issues • Design and implement new business processes within required configurations • Evaluate, support, and test vendor-supplied software packages, upgrades, and patches • Research software modules and recommend process changes that improve application functionality • Plan, coordinate, and guide Salesforce modifications for current and proposed designs • Design user interfaces and workflows based on business needs • Develop system interfaces and data integration services using Salesforce APIs • Convert logical designs into program code and complete complex coding assignments • Analyze, review, and rewrite programs to improve efficiency or meet new requirements • Participate in code reviews with Lead Developers • Serve as a technical and functional resource to entry-level developers • Provide escalation support for daily trouble-ticket resolution • Support functional end users and debug system issues • Coordinate application operations and communicate upgrades, fixes, new processes, and module impacts • Develop test plans, prepare test data, conduct testing, evaluate defects, and revise code • Prepare technical reports, instructional manuals, system design documents, and program documentation • Perform reporting using standard tools and manage reported problems • Participate in Agile/Scrum project meetings, user stories, sprint planning, and retrospectives • Document change control and perform on-call support

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field with coursework in programming and database systems, or equivalent experience • U.S. citizenship • Ability to receive a favorable interim and adjudicated final Department of Defense background investigation • At least five years of general application development and support experience • At least three years of hands-on Salesforce Health Cloud experience • At least three years of experience with Salesforce DevOps toolsets and CI/CD practices • Hands-on Salesforce development experience in a Salesforce Government Cloud environment • Technical experience with healthcare systems or government contract systems • Experience with JavaScript, Flows, Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, SOAP, and REST • Experience working in an Agile environment using Jira or a similar solution • Experience communicating with technical and business audiences • Candidate must work from an approved home workspace, not public, shared, or outside locations • Candidate must have hands-on Salesforce Government Cloud or Government Cloud Plus development experience • Candidate must have at least three years of hands-on Salesforce Health Cloud development experience • Resume must identify relevant Government Cloud and Health Cloud projects, responsibilities, modules, and dates • Preferred: seven or more years of general application development and support experience • Preferred: four years of Salesforce Health Cloud experience • Preferred: four years of Salesforce DevOps toolsets and CI/CD practices • Preferred: Salesforce Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I, and/or Platform Developer II certification • Preferred: experience with Aura framework and OmniScript • Preferred: strong written and verbal communication skills • Preferred: experience with Salesforce Lightning Web Components and Einstein Analytics
