📋 Description

• Develop, test, and deploy scalable applications and services using Python and/or Java • Design and implement features, APIs, and integrations across the application stack • Conduct code reviews and ensure coding standards and best practices • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects, performance bottlenecks, and production issues • Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability through enhancements and refactoring • Collaborate with Product, Network Engineering, Architecture, and Operations teams • Drive improvements in development processes, CI/CD pipelines, testing methodologies, and engineering practices • Contribute to technical design discussions and architecture reviews • Mentor junior developers

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related technical discipline • 5–7 years of software development experience with Python and/or Java in enterprise environments • Strong experience designing, developing, and supporting distributed applications and microservices • Proven experience working within Telecom Networks and Services environments • Hands-on experience with SDLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, software design patterns, and system architecture • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work in cross-functional teams
