📋 Description

• Oversee maintenance and repairs of mechanical, industrial, plumbing, structural, life safety, and control systems • Review work orders and estimate time and materials needed for repairs • Maintain adequate inventory of supplies and tools • Implement preventive maintenance programs for building machinery and systems • Oversee repairs and emergency maintenance • Review inspections of fire alarms, HVAC, plumbing, and other building and industrial systems • Ensure compliance with applicable codes, regulations, governmental agencies, company directives, and work-safety requirements • Operate company-issued vehicles for daily work responsibilities • Apply engineering principles and techniques to complex assignments and provide innovative solutions • Coach others and share job-discipline knowledge • Lead by example and model CBRE RISE values • Build consensus and convince others to reach agreement • Support customer, operational, project, and service activities across related teams • Explain difficult or sensitive information

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 4-5 years of job-related experience • In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered • Universal CFC certification required • Valid Driver’s license required • Prior shift manager or supervisory experience preferred • Ability to meet physical requirements, including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and lifting/carrying 50 lbs. or more • Ability to exercise judgment based on analysis of multiple sources of information • Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook • Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset
