📋 Description

• Lead the design, foundational framework, and development of Specialty Pharmacy products and associated technology assets • Assess software engineering practices and drive continuous improvement, operational efficiency, time to market, and product quality • Lead engineering teams and mentor them in implementing solutions across diverse technological platforms • Manage people, including hiring, performance management, team building, career growth, skill development, coaching, and measurable professional goals • Build relationships with Business, Product, and Technology partners to support the delivery roadmap • Partner with vendors to build onshore and offshore/nearshore contingent teams • Partner with solution vendors to support technological needs • Conduct technology research and innovation to develop long-term strategies based on emerging healthcare and technology trends • Deliver software engineering work through multiple disciplined Agile releases across multiple geographies • Drive technology strategy, design, development, testing, delivery, and growth for Specialty Pharmacy value streams

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of overall Software Development experience utilizing Agile methodologies • 5+ years of experience developing microservices using Python and Java (Spring Boot) • 3+ years leading high-performing distributed, multi-sited/remote software engineering teams • At least 3+ years of experience with containerization tools and technologies such as Kubernetes and Docker • At least 2+ years of experience with cloud platforms; GCP preferred • At least 1+ years of experience using Agentic AI frameworks and generative AI-based web services and tools • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (HS diploma + 4 years relevant experience) • Up to 10% travel within the United States on a need basis
