📋 Description

• Design, develop, install, test and document applications software, including server, client and web components • Design, document and deliver technical architecture solution elements • Coordinate between application architects and developers to ensure design requirements are accurate and deliver the desired ROI for clients • Define and develop project requirements, functional specifications and detailed application solution designs for clients • Develop technical documentation and test plans to support integration and deployment • Work closely with software developers • Develop and maintain ETL processes • Troubleshoot production issues and support Medicaid systems involving member, eligibility, provider, and claims data • Perform root cause analysis and production incident resolution • Provide on-call support in a production environment

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience working with Informatica PowerCenter, ETL Development, and Production Support • 3+ years of experience working with Oracle, SQL, and SQL*Plus Development, Tuning, and Troubleshooting • 3+ years of experience working with Medicaid Data Knowledge (Member, Eligibility, Provider, Claims) • 3+ years of experience working with Root Cause Analysis and Production Incident Resolution • On-call support experience in a Production Environment • Willingness to work a flexible schedule to accommodate business needs and travel as required • Video cameras must be used during all interviews and during the initial week of orientation
