📋 Description

• Deploy a secured cloud-native Enterprise Data Warehouse platform for the Case Management Modernization Program • Support statutory and operational reporting, data cataloging, and analytical objectives • Provide DevSecOps platform services integrating security, compliance, and monitoring throughout the cloud infrastructure and data-product lifecycle • Integrate automated security controls, orchestrate vulnerability management, administer policy compliance, and provide continuous monitoring • Maintain secure and stable systems supporting continuous integration and delivery • Continuously scan source and executable repositories for evolving threats • Ensure code and infrastructure-as-code changes are version-controlled, peer-reviewed, security-scanned, and approved before production promotion • Maintain monitoring, alerting, and rollback procedures for production deployments • Build CI/CD pipelines and workflows for building, testing, and deploying workloads across environments • Integrate security and compliance checks and change-control gates into CI/CD workflows • Document DevSecOps processes, standards, tool configurations, and maintain version-controlled documentation • Coordinate with Administrative Office of the US Courts teams on enterprise DevSecOps standards and toolsets • Integrate third-party development, operations, and security tools for end-to-end visibility and control • Create end-user guides and training content for containerized pipeline features and security practices • Review and update DevSecOps practices and toolsets based on emerging technologies, threat intelligence, and lessons learned • Create DevSecOps metrics reports to demonstrate effectiveness and drive improvement

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT system engineering, systems development, systems coding, and programming • Technical training, certification(s), or degree • Strong experience implementing and supporting end-to-end automated DevSecOps pipelines and CI/CD processes • Strong background in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) • Knowledge of large-scale IaaS/PaaS infrastructure migration methodologies and techniques, including AWS application migrations • Experience developing, testing, and maintaining containerized applications • Comprehensive knowledge of security compliance and security controls • Linux knowledge • Experience implementing DevSecOps using Jenkins, GitLab, or similar tools • At least one certification at any level for Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform, Amazon Web Services (AWS), or Oracle Cloud Security • Must be able to pass a background check to obtain a Public Trust position • Must be a US Person: Green Card Holder, US Permanent Resident Alien, Refugee, Asylee, or US Citizen • Excellent presentation and communication skills, both oral and written • Consultant mindset and ability to work with high-level customer stakeholders • Experience identifying and applying industry tools, solutions, methods, best practices, and emerging technologies • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Demonstrated ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team • Must provide onsite fingerprinting at a designated facility • Less than 10% travel required
