📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable, and secure Java-based applications • Serve as a technical expert within the development team • Provide hands-on coding, architectural guidance, and mentorship to junior developers • Collaborate with product owners, architects, QA engineers, and DevOps teams • Lead development of new features and enhancements • Optimize system performance • Ensure code quality through reviews and testing • Contribute to architectural decisions • Deliver solutions aligned with organizational goals and industry best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Technical training, certification(s), or degree • 12+ years of related experience • No security clearance currently required; MBI (T2) public trust/other requirement • Less than 10% travel required • Knowledge of Java, Spring ecosystem, APIs, cloud technologies, and modern software development methodologies • Experience with application development, Java Enterprise Edition, and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) • Strong problem-solving skills • Strong communication abilities • Commitment to continuous improvement
