📋 Description

• Re-architect and modernize legacy applications using Java 17+, Spring Boot microservices, and modern React patterns • Design, build, and deploy new end-to-end features for high-throughput, cloud-native applications on AWS • Write clean, maintainable code backed by comprehensive unit and integration tests using JUnit and Jest • Participate in 3-week sprint cycles, pre-sprint refinement sessions, peer code reviews, and technical documentation • Research emerging tools and architectural trends to improve system performance, resilience, and maintainability • Collaborate in a camera-on remote work environment via Slack • Use Jira and Confluence to manage workflows, track progress, and document architectural decisions

🎯 Requirements

• Mastery of Java 17 and Maven • Proficiency with Spring and Spring Boot • Proficiency in React • Experience with React Effector, ReactRX, or similar • Experience with Material UI or similar • Experience with Jest or a similar test framework • Proficiency with AWS services including EC2, Lambda, S3, ECS, SNS, SQS, CloudWatch (Logs, Metrics, Alarms), API Gateway, and RDS/Aurora • Proficiency with SQL, including Microsoft SQL Server and Postgres • Proficiency with unit testing using JUnit • Proficiency with Git • Proficiency with GitHub and GitHub Actions • Desired: AWS Certified Developer or equivalent certification • Desired: Familiarity with IaC tools such as CloudFormation and Terraform • Desired: Familiarity with NodeJS, AWS Step Functions, automated testing tools such as Playwright, SonarQube, identity management such as Auth0, Python, and Docker
