• Drive bad actor elimination and reduce unplanned downtime across multiple manufacturing sites • Review downtime, failure, and repeat-work data to identify the top failure drivers • Monitor corrective actions and system modifications for sustained reliability improvement • Establish and maintain asset criticality registers and facilitate cross-functional criticality workshops • Lead root cause analyses, failure elimination, and FMEA activities • Develop preventive, predictive, lubrication, condition-based, and reliability-centered maintenance strategies • Translate reliability actions into CMMS work orders, PM changes, job-plan updates, and scheduling backlogs • Maintain CMMS asset hierarchy, failure codes, and work-order data quality • Participate in weekly planning and scheduling reviews • Share repeat-failure patterns and replicate proven solutions across the plant network • Standardize reliability processes, tools, and monthly reliability cadence • Train and coach site reliability owners, local work owners, and technicians • Champion proactive, planned, and data-driven reliability practices • Monitor MTBF, MTTR, asset availability, planned versus reactive work, and repeat-failure KPIs • Apply Pareto, Weibull, statistical, and life-data analysis to quantify risk and prioritize improvements • Report reliability trends and results to Maintenance Managers and Corporate Leadership • Support asset lifecycle management, lifecycle cost analysis, spare-parts optimization, and design-for-reliability • Provide reliability input to commissioning and Management of Change processes • Ensure reliability activities align with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related Engineering discipline, or equivalent technical experience • Experience in reliability, maintenance, or engineering within an industrial or manufacturing environment • Working knowledge of root cause analysis, FMEA, preventive maintenance, and predictive maintenance • Experience using CMMS/EAM systems such as SAP PM, Maximo, or Infor • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for interpreting failure and downtime data • Strong communication and collaboration skills across multiple sites and functions • Willingness to travel across the plant network as required • CMRP or CRE certification preferred • Experience with vibration analysis, thermal imaging, ultrasonic testing, and lubrication programs preferred • Familiarity with RCM and TPM preferred • Experience with asset criticality assessments and risk-based prioritization preferred • Experience supporting multiple sites or a multi-plant network preferred • Proficiency with statistical analysis tools and reliability KPIs preferred • Experience leading cross-functional reliability or continuous improvement initiatives preferred • Experience developing maintenance and operations training programs preferred • Familiarity with process safety management and mechanical integrity requirements in chemical or process manufacturing preferred • Must be at least 18 years of age • Must successfully complete a drug test and background investigation • Must authorize additional periodic background checks as required by CFATS or other regulatory agencies
